Plan to enter HamCation® 2026 via the South Gate of the Central Florida Fairgrounds. This is the main entrance to the fairgrounds at 4603 West Colonial Drive, Orlando, FL 32808.
When you arrive, the HamCation volunteers will provide you with your reservation packet, which will include your tickets and a hang tag for your passenger vehicle. NOTHING WILL BE MAILED.
Check in will begin on Wednesday, February 11. If the gates are not yet open, the volunteers will meet you upon your arrival and check you in, and it is the HamCation goal to open the gates as early as possible. On Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, the gates will open at 7:00 am. No check-ins after 7:00 pm on any day.

Public hours for the show are:
Friday, February 13, 2026, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Saturday, February 14, 2026, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Sunday, February 15, 2026, 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
The FRVA and RVRN groups usually park in the area North of the Pavilion. This is located in the NW corner of the fairgrounds on the farthest road at the back of the parking area. The FRVA Amateur Radio Chapter will have a banner on the fence at the entrance to the area to help locate us. There are several 30-amp and 50-amp hookups with water. They are all first come first serve, so come early if you want a spot.
The only club event will be the Potluck Dinner on Saturday at 5:00pm. This will be held in the NW corner of the pavilion along with the RVRN and WBCCI groups. Also each afternoon around 4:00pm, the members usually get together around the RV's for social hour.

HamCation RV Newsletter
We are excited to have another HamCation® ahead of us — it’s only about 3 months
until HamCation 2026. I want to say hello and remind you of some important dates.
HamCation RV registrations, and ticket sales, are open and flowing along smoothly. On
December 2, all prices will go up by $5, so you can save if you register before that date.

Our 2026 show will run from February 13 to February 15. The RV camping areas are
open from Wednesday, February 11.
This year we will have about the same area for RV parking. We will have all the same
pods in the big main parking area, as well as the 5 new poles (pods) just north of the
new pavilion. These are nice spots near the lake.
I want to let you know that we are already checking all power poles to ensure they are
all functional and ready to provide good power.
Make your reservations on the HamCation website. You can make your RV and ticket
reservations on the same web page this year. And remember, prices go up on
December 2, so don’t delay.
And a word about volunteering. We need lots of volunteers for a show of this size. If
you volunteer you will receive a free ticket, and if you work two shifts in a day, you will
receive a meal. If you want to volunteer you MUST register through the HamCation
website. We love our volunteers and hope you will consider this rewarding experience.
